Ljubljana, 2 March - Below is a schedule of events for Friday, 3 March:

BLED - The seventh Bled Forum on Europe is to get underway at 2 PM, discussing future trends in global, European and regional governance. The event, which is to be addressed by President Janez Drnovsek, is being organised by the Public Research Agency, the Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office and the Bled Forum on Europe. LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to resume its February session at 10 AM. The day's agenda includes the second reading of the bill on the construction of railway infrastructure on the second line between the port city of Koper and the transport hub of Divaca. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The Justice Ministry is to host a meeting on wage reform in the judiciary. Along with Public Administration Minister Gregor Virant, the Supreme Court president, the state prosecutor general, the state attorney general, the head of the Administrative Court and other top ranking judiciary officials have been invited to attend the meeting, which starts at 10 AM.

BREGENZ, Austria - Transport Minister Janez Bozic is to be taking part in the final day of an informal meeting of EU transport ministers, which is focusing on road safety.

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Education Minister Milan Zver is to begin an eleven-day visit to Argentina.

PARIS, France - Slovenian Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff, Major General Ladislav Lipic, is to conclude a two-day visit to France at the invitation of his French counterpart, General Henri Bentegeat.

LJUBLJANA - The supervisors of national flag carrier Adria Airways are to discuss a timetable of the company's plans for 2006 and the recent controversy regarding the botched lease of a cargo plane by the management; starts at 3:30 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The Economic and Social Council, an industrial relations forum, is to discuss the proposed changes to the act on pension and disability insurance at its session that gets underway at 10 AM.

LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary EU affairs committee is to meet at 8:30 AM for its regular weekly closed-door session. Its chair Anton Kokalj is to speak to the press at 9:50 AM.
