State-Run KAD and SOD Funds Unconvinced by Maos Bid
Ljubljana, 3 March - The state-run Restitution Fund (SOD) and Pension Management Fund (KAD) have not been convinced by the last takeover bid from Maos for electronics conglomerate Iskra, saying on Friday that the SIT 1,312 (EUR 5.48) a share offer falls short of their expectations.
