Biathlon: Tjoerhom Wins Women's Sprint

Pokljuka, 9 March - Linda Thoerhom is the winner of the women's 7.5-kilometre sprint at the Pokljuka World Cup meet. With a perfect shooting performance and a time of 21:07.9, the Norwegian beat France's Sandrine Bailly by 3.2 seconds and came in 27.1 seconds ahead of Baily's compatriot Florence Baverel-Robert. The French biathletes missed one shot each.
