Upper Chamber Forces Renewed Vote on Asbestos, War Veterans Acts

Ljubljana, 9 March - The National Council has vetoed the asbestos and war veterans acts that the National Assembly passed earlier this month. The veto means that lawmakers will have to take a renewed vote on the two pieces of legislation, with an absolute majority needed for them to be confirmed again.
