Ljubljana, 10 March - Tadej Labernik, the former Slovenian ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina, has confirmed media reports that he is one of the three candidates for the post of president of the Montenegro Electoral Commission which will be in charge of the 21 May Montenegro referendum on independence.
