SOFIA, Bulgaria - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is expected for a working visit in Bulgaria, where he will meet his counterpart Vesselin Vitanov Bliznakov. An exchange of opinions regarding the experiences of NATO membership, bilateral cooperation and participation in international peacekeeping operations are expected to top the agenda.

LJUBLJANA - Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak and the director of the internal market directorate Peter Puhan are to present the companies bill and the priority tasks of the directorate at a press conference scheduled for 11:30 AM. (STA)

FELSOSZOELNOEK, Hungary - A meeting of the Slovenia-Hungary minority commission is to be attended by State Secretary for Slovenians Abroad Zorko Pelikan and Hungarian State Secretary for Minorities at the prime minister's office Vilmos Szabo.

BRDO PRI KRANJU - The Justice Ministry is to stage a conference on the judicial system in Austria, with Slovenian Justice Minister Lovro Sturm and the head of Austria's Klagenfurt Provincial Court Reinhard Schmoliner scheduled to issue a press statement at 10:30 AM. (STA/PHOTO)

BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk is scheduled to attend a two-day annual meeting of the Inter-American Development Bank.

LJUBLJANA - Opposition Social Democrats (SD) are to stage a conference marking the first anniversary of their milestone congress that passed changes to the party's name and vision; at 10 AM.

MARIBOR - The Maribor Economics and Business Faculty will present at a news conference scheduled for 2 PM its education programme for members of supervisory boards and management boards who have been or will be appointed to such bodies by the state.
