Lasko, Istrabenz Insist on Keeping Mercator Stakes

Laško/Koper, 4 April - The biggest owner of retailer Mercator, beverage group Istrabenz and food, energy and tourism holding Istrabenz, have said they would remain long-term strategic owners of Mercator after news that a London-based fund was seeking to buy a quarter of the retailer.
