Schedule of Events for Sunday, 9 April

LJUBLJANA - Polls will open at 7 AM in eight local communities where voters will cast votes in referendums on the establishment of eight new municipalities, namely Spodnja Idrija, Poljane, Gorje, Log-Dragomer, Rakek, Sentrupert, Recica ob Savinji and Sveti Jurij v Slovenskih goricah. Polling stations close at 7 PM.

KRANJ - Slovenia will play Slovakia in the final day of qualifying for the European Water Polo Championships (1 PM), while France will take on Malta (11:30 AM). (STA)
