Delo on Slovenia's Decentralisation

Ljubljana, 13 April - By endorsing on Wednesday a proposal for changes to the Constitution that would provide a legal basis for the creation of provinces, the parliamentary constitutional commission managed to take a "first step" towards this goal, notes the daily Delo in the namesake commentary on Thursday.
