Official: CoE Human Rights Report Describes Conditions in 2003

Ljubljana, 14 April - A recent report by the Council of Europe's Commissioner for Human Rights Alvaro Gil-Robles which criticises the segregation of Romany children in Slovenia refers to conditions in 2003, Natasa Komljanec of the National Education Institute has said.
