Ljubljana, 18 April - A joint stock company is a democratic undertaking. Every shareholder has a right to vote at the AGM, with more shares meaning more votes. Yet, major owners are sometimes unhappy with such democracy. They are bothered by some, often small, shareholders and want to push them out or decrease their stake, the daily Dnevnik writes on Tuesday.
