Ljubljana, 21 April - President Janez Drnovsek has appointed Slovenia's Ambassador to Turkey Mitja Strukelj to become Slovenia's new ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan. Strukelj will continue to be based in Ankara.
