Chief Arbiter Appointed for N-plant Arbitration
Zagreb, 21 April - The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has named David Williams of New Zealand the head of the panel of arbiters in the dispute between Slovenia and the Croatian power company, HEP, over undelivered electricity from the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK).
