Ljubljana, 23 April - The news of the week was a decision by UK fund Altima to cancel its invitation to shareholders to sell up to 24.99% of retailer Mercator, which sent the shares into free-fall. Another piece of interesting news was a decision of Western Wireless International's Vega to leave the Slovenian mobile market and sell its network to the country's top two operators Mobitel and Simobil. In another significant development of the week, all but one parliamentary party signed a PM Janez Jansa-sponsored pact on the country's structural reforms.
