Constitutional Court Issues Stay of Anti-Graft Provisions

Ljubljana, 24 April - The Constitutional Court has stayed the implementation of provisions of the act on incompatibility of holding public office with profit-making activity that abolish the independent anti-graft body and replace it with a parliamentary corruption oversight commission.
