Parliament to Fast-track Bill Expediting Court Proceedings
Ljubljana, 26 April - A government-sponsored bill aimed at safeguarding the right to trial in a reasonable time is to be fast-tracked in parliament on Wednesday. The new legislation is expected to enter into force on 1 January 2007.
