MT. NANOS - A state ceremony is to begin at noon on Mount Nanos, SW, to remember the day when the anti-imperialist Liberation Front was established in 1941 in Ljubljana. National Assembly Speaker France Cukjati is to be the key-note speaker. (STA/PHOTO).

SOFIA, Bulgaria - FM Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a two-day informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers which is to discuss a range of topical issues in addition to setting the political agenda of November's NATO summit.

LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Justice Ministry State Secretary Robert Marolt is to attend a two-day meeting of EU justice and interior affairs ministers, who are to decide on a rise in Schengen visa prices and discuss the progress in setting up the 2nd-generation Schengen Information System.

LJUBLJANA - STA is to release an interview with State Prosecutor General Barbara Brezigar, who has held the country's top prosecution office since early May 2005. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - STA is to release a feature on the Slovenian government's stance on free movement of labour within the EU prior to 30 April, the deadline for old EU members to decide whether to extend the period of labour restriction. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Slovenian financial markets are to be closed due to the Resistance Day national holiday, and will reopen on Friday, 28 April.
