Ljubljana, 19 May - Marko Kosin, the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Italy, today presented letters of credence to Albanian President Sali Berisha, and thus became the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the Republic of Albania based in Rome.
