SOD Director Believes Sale of Mercator Stake Justified

Ljubljana, 11 May - Marko Pogacnik, the head of the state-run Restitution Fund (SOD), told a parliamentary inquiry committee on Thursday that the disputed sale of SOD's 13.74% stake in retailer Mercator at SIT 38,000 (EUR 158.59) a share was fair and beneficial for SOD.
