Večer: No longer armed, but neutral?

Bojan Bauman devoted today's editorial to the parliamentary debate on national security. He emphasised that the debate highlighted most of the reasons that had discouraged the authors of the proposal for a Resolution on National Security Guidelines from tabling this matter before parliament for over two years. National security is a very broad term, and therefore difficult to deal with, which is one of the reasons why most efforts so far have been bound to fail, writes Bauman.
