PM: Socialist Mindset Obstacle to Reforms

Ljubljana, 17 May - The conviction that people have a right to privileges and that nothing must be done in return is the biggest hurdle facing reform efforts in Slovenia, Prime Minister Janez Jansa has told a conference.
