Ministry Presents 2008-2012 Carbon Emission Scheme

Ljubljana, 3 July - A total 40.847 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions are to be distributed to Slovenian companies in the 2008-2012 period according to a proposal unveiled by the Environment and Spatial Planning Ministry at a public presentation on Monday.
