Papers Examine Latest Developments Regarding Signs Deal

Ljubljana/Maribor, 6 July - Two Slovenian dailies take a look at the latest developments surrounding the deal between two Slovenian minority organisations and the Austrian authorities on bilingual signs in the Austrian province of Carinthia. Both Vecer and Delo underscore that Austria is facing parliamentary elections, which should work in Slovenia's favour, especially as regards the Austrian government's attempt to rush through a constitutional bill.
