Pre-Trial Chamber Rejects Request for Ribicic Trial
Ljubljana, 6 July - The pre-trial chamber of the Ljubljana District Court has rejected a motion by the state prosecution to launch proceedings against former senior Communist official Mitja Ribicic due to his suspected involvement in post-war summary killings, public broadcaster Radio Slovenia reported on Thursday.
