Erased File Lawsuit Against Slovenia in Strasbourg

Strasbourg/Rome, 7 July - A group of Slovenian and Italian lawyers have filed a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in the name of eleven erased persons "whose legal status was illegally and unconstitutionally taken away from them following Slovenia's independence," the law firm Anton Giulio Lana from Rome said on Friday.
