Ljubljana, 16 July - EU finance ministers gave Slovenia the final not to switch to the euro on 1 January 2007, fixing the exchange rate at SIT 239.64 per tolar. At its final session prior to parliamentary holidays, the National Assembly passed a number of economy-related acts, including changes to the act on employment and insurance against unemployment, amendments to the act on the audit of public procurement procedures and on the beleaguered Lipica Stud Farm.
