Delo Analyses Reasons for Latest Arbitration Threat

Ljubljana, 19 July - The daily Delo on Wednesday lists three possible reasons why Economics Minister Andrej Vizjak threatened Croatia with arbitration if it does not immediately set up a fund for the decommissioning of the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK): Croatia's arbitration motion, local elections in Slovenia and a rethink in the national energy strategy.
