LJUBLJANA - The cabinet is to hold its weekly session at which it is scheduled to debate a package of laws. Among the items on the agenda are the trade bill, public procurement bill, bill on public-private partnership, minimum wage bill and changes to the act on the prevention of illegal work and employment. VIENNA, Austria - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to be taking part in a two-day meeting of the Salzburg Forum.

SECOVLJE - Jozko Joras, the self-styled defender of Slovenia's border with Croatia, is planning to remove four large Croatian flower pots at 5 PM that are blocking access to the walkpath he uses to get to his house but which Croatia claims is on its land.

VELENJE - Home appliance group Gorenje is to outline operations in the first half of the year and development plans at a press conference scheduled for 1:30 PM.-(STA)

GORIZIA, Italy - A press conference is to be held at 10 AM to outline the planned purchase of a firefighting plane that would serve the border regions in Italy and Slovenia.

LJUBLJANA - Half-yearly results of the national survey of the market share of printed media are to be presented at 1 PM.
