Petrol Sees Profits Soar in First Half of 2006

Ljubljana, 4 August - Oil company Petrol posted a net profit of SIT 6.5bn (EUR 27.1m) for the first half of 2006, up 44% year-on-year. Group sales increased by 15% to SIT 217.7bn (EUR 908.4m), the company said in Friday's press release.
