Basketball: Slovenia Thumped by Argentina

Singapore, 12 August - Argentina thrashed Slovenia 94:72 (20:22, 48:42, 77:49) in Saturday's game at a friendly tournament in Singapore ahead of the World Basketball Championships. This is the second straight defeat for Slovenia after it will went down to Spain on Friday. Slovenia will play Serbia-Montenegro on Sunday.
