Legal Expert Sees no Point in Petek Case Retrial
Ljubljana, 23 August - Legal, forensic and police experts have presented their views on the acquittal in the case of an attempted murder of journalist Miro Petek, with Zlatko Dezman of the Maribor Law Faculty saying that a retrial would be the same as "putting a dead man back on the operating table".
