Petrol to Become Holding with Strategic Partners by 2010

Ljubljana, 23 August - Oil company Petrol will transform into a holding group by 2010, which will pave the way for the entry of strategic partners in subsidiaries specialising in oil and gas, electricity distribution and ecology, according to the 2006-2010 strategic plan that the supervisory board adopted on Wednesday.
