BRUSSELS, Belgium - EU foreign ministers are to convene an extraordinary meeting at 3 PM to debate the participation of member states in the UN mission in Lebanon (UNIFIL). Slovenia, which will be represented by FM Dimitrij Rupel, has not made a final decision on its contribution yet.

LJUBLJANA - Jelko Kacin, the leader of the opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS), is to talk about tax legislation at a press conference scheduled for 11 AM.
