Jancar Becomes Rozanc Prize Winner for Third Time
Ljubljana, 13 September - This year's Rozanc Prize for best collection of essays goes to writer Drago Jancar for his book "The Soul of Europe". The prize has been awarded since 1993 and this is the third time that Jancar has won it. He won it in its first year and in 1995.
