Prime Minister Robert Golob will embark on his first official visit to Austria on Tuesday, meeting Chancellor Karl Nehammer and National Assembly President Wolfgang Sobotka. Talks will expectedly focus on Slovenian minority in Austria, bilateral relations, energy, the future of the Schengen zone, war in Ukraine and the Western Balkans.

President Nataša Pirc Musar will embark on a multi-day trip to North Macedonia and Serbia on Tuesday. The visits will be her first to the Western Balkans since having been sworn in in December. Bilateral relations are to be in focus of her talks with top officials, as well as the situation in the region and the countries' efforts to join the EU.
