Slovenica Supervisor Says Merger with Vzajemna Necessary

Ljubljana, 27 October - Commenting on the announced merger of Slovenia's largest mutual insurer Vzajemna and the country's second largest insurance company Adriatic Slovenica, Janez Bojc, Adriatic Slovenica's chief supervisor, told Friday's edition of daily Dnevnik that the move would enable Vzajemna to survive.
