Weekly Review of Slovenian Business & Economy from 21 to 27 Oct

Ljubljana, 29 October - Slovenian business headlines were filled by a string of takeover offers this week. Apart from the previously-announced bid by bread and pasta maker Zito for rival Mlinotest, the main news this week included a takeover announcement by small real estate management company Ibiko for conglomerate Sava, one of the biggest companies in Slovenia. Meanwhile, insurer Adriatic Slovenica and mutual health insurer Vzajemna announced they were planning to merge.
