President Says Diversity Needs to be Respected

Ljubljana, 30 October - We should all strive to respect differences, which on the one hand are dictated by the life of the Roma and on the other by the life of the other local inhabitants, president Janez Drnovsek has said in a response to the latest incident involving the majority population and their Roma neighbours in a small village in central Slovenia.
