Italian Verdict Said to Strike Blow to NLB over LB Debt

Ljubljana/Rijeka, 3 November - A representative of Croatian citizens who want to reclaim their savings from a now defunct Slovenian bank has said that Italy's Constitutional Court has confirmed that Italian courts have the jurisdiction over lawsuits that Croatian savers may bring against Ljubljanska banka (LB). This follows from a report in Friday's Delo.
