Krka Reaches Out-of-Court Settlement Over Perindopril

Novo Mesto, 3 November - Pharma company Krka has reached an out-of-court settlement with France's Les Laboratoires Servier over a type of the active ingredient perindopril. Under the deal, Krka will be allowed to sell drugs containing the active ingredient in several European countries, although not in the United Kingdom.
