Court Halts LB Savers' Proceedings vs. Slovenia

Strasbourg, 6 November - The European Court of Human Rights has decided to strike the case brought by three Croatian savers of the defunct Slovenian bank LB against Slovenia. In its ruling published on Monday, the court said there was no grounds for examining the case any longer after two of the claimants had been reimbursed their savings, while the third had failed to exhaust all legal means in Croatia.
