Pahor Says Time Has Come for Decision on Arbitration

Ljubljana, 9 November - Borut Pahot, the head of the opposition Social Democrats (SD), believes that the time has come to make a strategic decision on what to do with the border with Croatia - whether to seek a bilateral agreement or opt for arbitration.
