Drnovsek and Mesic Believe It Is Time for a New Beginning

Zagreb, 9 November - Slovenian President Janez Drnovsek and his Croatian counterpart Stipe Mesic agreed in Zagreb on Thursday that the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of three Croatian savers of the defunct Slovenian bank LB against Slovenia, should usher in a "new chapter" in the resolution of this issue.
