Gorenje to Increase Share Capital by EUR

Velenje, 10 November - The management of Gorenje has proposed the share capital of the home appliance group be increased by 50% or by up to SIT 6.1bn (EUR 25.51m). This follows from Friday's convocation of a shareholders' meeting due on 12 December at the company's headquarters in Velenje.
