Opposition to Relocation of Roma Family Mounting
Ivančna Gorica/Ljubljana, 10 November - There is mounting opposition in Slovenia to the disputed relocation of a Roma family due to tensions with the local community. A group of Roma local councillors on Friday said the family must return to their home in the village of Ambrus, whereas a number of alliances announced a protest rally in front of the government building for next week to demand that the human rights of the Roma be respected.
