RIYADH, Saudi Arabia - Prime Minister Janez Jansa, accompanied by several ministers and a strong business delegation, is to start a five-day tour of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The STA is to release a background item as Jansa departs on the visit. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Election black-out set in at midnight ahead of Sunday's second round of local elections in which mayoral run-offs are to be held in 72 municipalities.

LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to hold an open day. Visitors will be taken on guided tours of Parliament House at 9 AM, 10 AM and 11 AM.

CELJE - Celje Pivovarna Lasko will take on Gummersbach in week six of the European Handball Champions League. The Group F game starts at 5:15 PM. (STA)
