Slovenians Celebrate Transformation of Must into Wine Today

Ljubljana, 11 November - Slovenia is celebrating on Saturday St. Martin's Day, when according to tradition, unfermented grape juice, called must, transforms into wine. On this holiday with pre-Christian origins, shepherds used to hold celebrations to express gratitude for a successful grazing season.
