Ljubljana, 11 November - A landmark ruling by the European Court of Human Rights on a suit by three savers of the defunct Slovenian LB bank against Slovenia went the country's way. The court threw out on Monday the case on lack of merit after it found that two of the plaintiffs had secured their savings in legal proceedings at home. The third was told to follow the same path to justice by the court. In other news, the government defended its role in the relocation of a Roma family from the central Slovenian village of Ambrus as opposition to the move intensified.
