Handball: Celje Win, Fail to Secure First Place in Group

Celje, 11 November - Slovenian handball champions Celje beat Germany's Gummersbach 31:29 (15:16) in the week 6 game of Europe's strongest club competition, the Champions League, in Celje on Saturday. Despite the win Celje missed out on taking top spot in Group F, as Gummersbach prevailed on goal difference, and will go into the 14 November draw for the round of 16 as the second-ranked team.
