Delo Says Croatia Should Get Serious About Reforms

Ljubljana, 13 November - Slovenia's leading broadsheet suggests on Monday that instead of looking for excuses as to why the latest EU report on its efforts to join the EU was not all that kind, Croatia should get down to implementing reforms.
